Pecan magic cookies are an easy 5-ingredient dessert made with oats, chocolate chips, pecans, coconut, and sweetened condensed milk — quick and delicious.

- 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 2 cups (12-ounces) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened flaked coconut
- 1 14-ounce can of sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Add all the ingredients to a large bowl.
- Mix everything together with a long-handled spoon.
- Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls, loosely packed, onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them at least 1 1/2 inches apart for ample room.
- Bake for 11 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
- Place cookies on a wire rack to cool.
Notes
- Don't overbake.
- Use gluten-free oatmeal for a gluten-free cookie.
- Adjust the baking time to suit your oven. Every oven bakes differently.
