A soft spread made with salmon and cream cheese to serve on bagels that taste just like those popular lox bagels.
8 ounces cream cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
2 teaspoons prepared horse radish
1/4 rounded cup green onions, chopped
3 cloves garlic, pressed
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 tablespoon capers, rinsed and drained
1–2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
4 ounces smoked salmon
Place cream cheese in mixing bowl and beat until softened. Add and blend in each ingredient one at a time. Serve as a spread for bagels or as a dip for vegetables. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
