1/2 cup onion, chopped

1/2 cup celery, chopped

1/2 cup green pepper, chopped

2 tablespoons flour

1-1/4 cups milk

2 cubes chicken bouillon

Add cream cheese then parmesan, stirring in one at a time until they melt into the sauce.

Add crawfish and seasonings and simmer for 5 minutes.

Seve warm with corn chips or crackers.
