Kat’s Rodeo Soup

Ingredients

3/4 cup butter

1 cup Zydeco Chop Chop

3/4 cup flour

2 cups reduced sodium chicken broth

4 cups water

2  teaspoons sea salt

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 cup potatoes, peeled and chopped

1/2 cup carrots, chopped

4 cups half and half

Instructions

Turn on Instant Pot to saute’ setting. Melt butter in pot then add Chop Chop stirring for a minute or two.
